* All prices are in SGD. Purchase only within Singapore.

* Please clarify all doubts before purchase.

* Items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

* Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

* Buyers to provide ITEM CODE, NAME and ADDRESS for purchase.

* For any alteration or customisation for hand made items, material/service fee to be paid by Buyer. Alteration or customisation subject to availability of material and service.

* Handmade items may differ from sample photos posted on site. Designs remain unchanged.

* ALL handmade items require a pre-order of 3 days in advance unless otherwise stated (i.e. items will only be ready 3 days after deposit paid).

* All orders will be based on availability of items.

* Strictly NO SWAPPING.

* Items sold are NON-EXCHANGABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

* No CANCELLATION for confirmed order.

* Prices stated are exclusive of postage unless otherwise stated. Postage to be paid by Buyer.

* Seller will not be responsible for any lost mail via Local Non-registered Mail. Registered Mail is highly recommended.

* Seller will not be responsible for any damages done during mailing process.

* Payment via DBS/POSB bank transfer. Payment to be made within 3 days upon confirmation. Buyer to inform Seller once transfer made with date of transfer.

* Items will be send out within 3 days after Seller confirms receipt of FULL payment.

* No MEET UP unless for bulk order. Meet up will be at Seller's convenience.

* Seller reserved all rights not to transact with Buyers deemed as rude or go MIA after confirmation. Seller will not hesitate to have such Buyers black listed.

* Black Queen Palace reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Pre-Orders

* At least 50% deposit payment must be made for pre-order items. No REFUND will be given for this deposit should there be any cancellation once pre-order has been confirmed.

* Deposit payment via DBS/POSB bank transfer. Deposit payment to be made within 3 days upon confirmation. Buyer to inform Seller once transfer made with date of transfer.

* Seller will inform Buyers once item is ready. Buyers to pay balance payment within 15 days from ready/informed date, otherwise deposit and items deemed uncollected and forfeited.

* Seller will not be responsible for forfeited deposit and items.
